Bivalent COVID-19 Booster Drive-Thru Clinic

The Mercer County Health District will be hosting a drive-thru clinic on October 7, 2022 at the Mercer County Fairgrounds for the bivalent COVID-19 boosters. Bivalent boosters will be available on a first come, first served basis. There will be no appointments for the drive-thru clinic. Pfizer bivalent boosters will be given from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Moderna bivalent boosters will be given from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Individuals may receive either booster regardless of what brand they received during their primary series. Please bring your insurance and vaccine cards.

If you are unable to make it to the drive-thru clinic on October 7th, please call our office after this date to schedule an appointment. All appointments up to this date are FULL.

Flu Shot Clinics

The Mercer County Health District will be holding its annual drive-thru flu shot clinic on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the Mercer County Fairgrounds. Standard Quadrivalent, Flublok, and High Dose flu vaccines will be available. Each of these vaccines gives protection against 2A strains and 2B strains. We will not be offering FluMist. All contracted private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare can be billed. Please bring all insurance cards. For clients not wishing insurance to be billed, a pay at the time of service discount will be offered.

Walk-in flu shot clinics will be held at the MCHD office on October 28th and November 8th from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. If you are unable to attend the drive-thru or any of the walk-in clinics, you may schedule an appointment by calling 419-586-3251, Option 2.
